I like these folks alot, they run a very good business, and i plan to do alot of business w them in the future. I think the communication between the bench tech, and the customer could be improved by putting in place direct online communication tools, i.e specific info related to the boards I send in Personally, I'd like to know what was done to my board, (how/if) it was tested, why it was deemed unfixable, etc. I recognize not every customer cares about these questions. Please stop using styrofoam peanuts. Again, i think this is a well run business

They've repaired many boards at great prices. Most recently a unipress collar and cuff board for about $100. A new board is over $700. The value and service is unmatched. 10 stars from me.

As a laundromat owner, our equipment is unique, so finding a place that repairs computer processors send durante charge a fortune is a great. They do excellent work. They are able to repair 95% of what I send them, considering that the average processor is 20 years old that's awesome.

I wish all the companies operate like they do , they fixed my washing machines display board . I lost some mini push pin parts and i called them back , Ms Ginger on the phone said they will ship it to me and not to worry about any shipping charges etc . Amazing service

Much better than the local repair shops. The prices are very reasonable for board repair. The turnaround time can be slow sometimes. But they always get the things done right. It's the only repair shop I will trust and use for my washer/dryer boards.

I've had absolutely no problem with any of the boards I've sent to them. Most were obsolete and saved my customers thousands in new machine replacement. Fast turnaround and great value! Keep up the good work!

I cannot express my gratitude enough for this company and their personnel. My repair was not in line with their main stream business. I damaged a circuit board and desperately needed it repaired. The circuit board controlled all of my batteries in our motorhome. To complicate matters the board is obsolete and no replacement was available. I was directed by the manufacturer to a company in Ohio that could repair the board. Turn-around time 5 days. I was happy to hear that someone could repair the board. However, I really didn't want to be without power for 5 days. This is when I reached out to Mountain Electronics. Ginger took my information and ask if I would send a picture of the circuit board. No sooner than I sent her the photo I received a reply saying I could bring it in and they would see what they could do. The following day I arrived at their door 8am. Met with Skylar, He was aware I was coming and he told me that they would see if it could be repaired. At 12:30 pm I had a voice mail. When I returned the call at 1pm my board had been repaired and a harness that had also been damaged replaced. I installed the circuit board that afternoon and everything has been working as it should. Again I can't tell you how much their personal attention to our out of the norm request has meant to us. I would tell anyone that needs an electronic repair to contact them first to see if they can help. Did I mention the price of the repair was extremely reasonable.

Extremely satisfied. I sent in 2 wascomat compass boxes for repair. The screen was going blank after bringing up the settings for the machine. Each compass box is priced at around $500 new. Mountain Electronics repair price is $60 to $120 and $125 for a refurbished one. Thank you Mountain Electronics for your service! Ino & Son Laundromat Passaic NJ
